They went on and on about how cool you were. High school kids just don't like to admit that kind of thing to your face.

Let me know if you're ever in North Carolina!Mr. Dunnhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04810494284121102011noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1263767063375539241.post-45567363658556358232008-09-11T21:09:00.000-08:002008-09-11T21:09:00.000-08:00Let this be said, my dear friend Kale, I get it. J...Let this be said, my dear friend Kale, I get it. Just the other day, I had woken up before my alarm was scheduled to go off and I was already thinking about all my students. Which is hard since in about a month, they won't be "my" students. But I get it. And sometimes, I really hate that I care cause I think "Do they think about me when they go home?" But the rub is that maybe they do, and maybe they don't. We'll never know. But as optimists, which I think we are, we can't help but think that yeah, they do. Long and rambling I know, but you struck a chord. I agree with your mom though, you get this riled up and it's a good thing; what would be scary is if days like these didn't bother you at all. keep that bearded chin up, you'll have more good days!writerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13961651839025354727noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1263767063375539241.post-89059479567660032162008-09-11T13:10:00.000-08:002008-09-11T13:10:00.000-08:00What strikes me here is the passion. Frustrating ...What strikes me here is the passion. Frustrating or not, you have passion for what you do and that is something you can't forget. But really, what's this about going "home" to make soup etc. I am your home and don't you forget that! Seriously I am glad you are at home wherever you go. That's important.Susan Iversonhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10040382485611354708noreply@blogger.com
